Conviviality and culture

Salvia Cantinia, located in the 5th arrondissement, is a place where you can enjoy a convivial dinner, taste curated wines and simply relax. Enter this literary world, with a selection of books and art exhibitions that change with the seasons. The large windows overlooking the street will let you soak up the ambiance of the area.

A selection of wines and plates to share

In the morning, enjoy a generous buffet breakfast with freshly baked bread, golden pastries, fresh fruit and carefully selected teas. Available to book, it’s the ideal start to your day, whether you are staying at the hotel or not.

In the afternoon, the doors stay open for you to enjoy our coffee shop, where you can savour coffee, tea and health-boosting herbal teas accompanied by delicate, tasty sweet treats. Take the time to discover our literary café, ideally accompanied by a book found among the treasures of the ‘bouquiniste’ booksellers along the banks of the Seine, and enjoy a tête-à-tête with some of the best authors, thanks to our expertly curated selection. And for children, our hot chocolate also comes with a book, offering a moment of calm that will awaken their love of reading.

In the evening, discover a menu inspired by traditional French cuisine, seasonal dishes for both meat eaters and vegetarians, perfectly accompanied by a selection of wines.

Even your bill celebrates writing: before leaving, each guest receives a short message left by a previous traveller. You are then invited to add a few lines yourself, an inspiring message or delicate thought for someone who will come after you. It’s a subtle way to foster inspiration and prolong the feeling of conviviality.
